What is Ortho-Bionomy®?
Ortho-Bionomy® is a gentle, non-invasive form of therapeutic bodywork that uses subtle positioning, movement, and light touch to help the body release tension and restore balance.
How This Approach is Different From Massage or Physical Therapy
This work does not rely on deep pressure, aggressive stretching, or pushing through pain. It respects the body’s protective reflexes and works at the pace of the nervous system.
Who This Work is Especially Helpful For
This approach is often chosen by people living with chronic pain, joint discomfort, arthritis, or those who feel worse after deep tissue or forceful bodywork.
What a Session Feels Like

Her work integrates Ortho-Bionomy® with complementary therapeutic techniques, always guided by attentiveness, clarity and respect for the individual.
